Registration

 

Enrollment process for students residing in the  Ayers attendance area:

AERIES Internet Registration (AIR) is available to start the process of registering a student for school; this only starts the process, it does not complete it.  This is only for students who have never been enrolled in a school within the Mt. Diablo Unified School District.  In addition to pre-registering online, parents or guardians will still need to present additional completed paperwork and required documents.  If your student has been enrolled in a MDUSD school or has been assessed in our school district, please do not use the AIR process, however, complete step 2 and call our office for more information (925) 682-7686.  

 

1) Compete the on-line AIR registration here if your child has NEVER been registered with MDUSD.  Please select school year 2020-2021 (current) or next school year 2021-2022 (Pre-Enrollment for school that begins in August 2021).

2) Pick up an Additional Ayers paperwork package from our school office.  If you would prefer to have the package scanned to you, please contact us.

 

The following items are required to complete the registration process:

1)  AIR on-line registration

2)  Birth certificate or passport

3)  Printed immunization record from a HEALTH CARE provider indicating that all immunization requirements have been met.

4)  Current Driver's License/ID card of parent/guardian

5)  TWO original documents to verify where the child resides.  See following list for qualifying documents.  Only 1 item per category:

  - Current valid vehicle registration

  - State or Federal Tax Return filed within the past 12 months

  - Current voter registration receipt with address

  - Other identification or communication from a government agency

  - Property Tax Bill with parents' name and property address

  - Rental/Lease agreement with parent's name, student's name

-  Current payroll stub/check

UTILITY BILLS ARE NOT ACCEPTED 

6)  Completed additional Ayers paperwork packet.

Please be advised that for registration appointments, only one parent/guardian should attend and masks are required on campus.  Appointments are available for families residing in our attendance area.  If you're applying for a transfer, you will need to register at your resident school.  

 

The age range requirements for Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten 2021-2022 are as follows:

 

Transitional Kindergarten - Sept. 2, 2016 - Dec. 2, 2016

 

Kindergarten - Sept. 2, 2015 - Sept. 1, 2016 

 

 

Applications for Intra District Transfers for Kindergarten - 5th grade (2021-2022) will be accepted 2/10/21 - 3/10/21 after registration is complete at your resident school.  The application link and more information regarding transfers is available at mdusd.org/studentservices.
